Phaseruns the projects.
I co-run Cordyx Studio with Cipher. He writes most of the code. I handle everything around it: talking to clients, working out what they actually need, splitting it into tasks and following it through until it's live.

If you've ordered something from Cordyx Studio, I'm the one asking what it should do and when you need it.
How a project goes
-
i.
Scope
First I ask a lot of questions. What should it do, who's going to use it, what counts as finished. I write it up and send it back so we agree before anything gets built.
-
ii.
Plan
I split the work into small tasks and put the tricky parts first, so if something is going to slow us down we find out early. Then you get a date.
-
iii.
Build & check in
You get updates in your ticket as pieces get done. If you want something changed, now is the cheap time to say it.
-
iv.
Ship & support
We run through a launch checklist, put it live and keep an eye on it for the first few days. If something breaks, we fix it.
